IDY’26 – Angamardana Taster (Free offering)
Angamardana, one of the core Classical Hatha Yoga practices, traditionally a preparation for martial arts, provides an opportunity to achieve peak fitness and strength. It includes a series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness.
In this Angamardana Taster session, one can learn a small part – Standing Angamardana Sequence. These practices can help you feel more energised and lead to a sense of relaxation throughout the day.
