Angamardana Workshop
Angamardana is series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. It needs no fitness equipment.

- Friday, 12th June – 5:00 pm – 7:45 pm
- Saturday, 13th June – 8:00 am – 10:45 am & 5:00 pm – 7:45 pm
- Sunday, 14th June – 8:00 am – 10:45 am
- All 4 sessions must be attended
